Ms. Ruth Miller, 51, of Union City died Thursday, July 10, 2025, at her residence.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, July 18, 2025, at Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at noon on Friday at the church.
