Sania Taylor

Ms. Sania Michelle Taylor, 51, of Union City died Sunday, January 16, 2022, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Services will be held at noon on Friday, January 21, 2022, at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Parham Cemetery.

Visitation will begin on Friday at 11:00 a.m. the funeral home.

Sania Michelle “Shelly Shell” Taylor was born December 10, 1970, into the world to Christine Taylor and Bennie James Easley. She attended Martin Westview and went on to work at Bonanza and Shoney’s Restaurant.

Sania had a smile that brightened a room. She was very stylish, and she loved the Lord. She was a member of Miles Chapel Church in Martin, Tennessee.

She will always be remembered as a loving mother, daughter, and aunt.

Sania is survived by her children; Theron Lee Denton, Treva Michelle Denton, Eric Lee Denton; mother, Christine Taylor; grandkids: Dartavyous Howard, Eric Dion Denton, Braden Denton, Elijah Denton, Ethan Denton; sisters: Gloria (Gerry) Pewitte, Chinese Higgs, Elsie (Johnny) Easley, Ina (Tony) Smith and Patricia Easley; brothers, Anthony Taylor and Aaron Easley. Sania has many family members and friends; too many to mention. However, her love for each was known without a shadow of a doubt.

Eternal life for Sania Michelle Taylor began on January 16, 2022, where she fought the good fight of faith. She laid down her burdens and picked up her cross. Although she will be missed, she left a lasting love and legacy that can’t be denied.

Sania as we knew her, will never be duplicated.
