Sarah Ann Olds

Mrs. Sarah Ann Olds, 71 of South Fulton died Friday, February 1, 2019, at her residence.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2019, at Kingdom Harvest Church. Interment will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the church.

She was born on November 8, 1947, in Obion County, TN to the late Milton Smith, Sr. and Elizabeth Morris Smith .

She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at an early age. She was a faithful member of Christ Temple Holiness Church in South Fulton, TN. She served as a Sunday School teacher for many years.

Sarah was united in holy matrimony for 47 years to Jimmy Olds. She worked in food service for many years at the Traveler’s Inn Restaurant and the University of Tennessee at Martin.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her husband, Elder Jimmy Olds; children, Denise (Terry) Smith King and Tina Smith Avent of Martin, TN, Kim (Brian) Albea of Rutherford, TN, Kevin Olds, Chris Olds and Shantez Burnside of South Fulton, TN; twenty-one grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; siblings, Carolyn (Bob) Tate of Ypsilanti, MI, Milton Smith, Jr. of Woodland Mills, TN, Terry Smith Sr., Charles (Mary) Smith and Rinda (Raymond) Jenkins of Union City, TN Christine Vanderford and Mary (George) McFarland, of South Fulton, TN, Lillian Kynard of Toledo, OH; Ray (Joyce) Smith of Hickman, KY and Gaynell (Sand) Wakefield of Munford, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and a special family friend, Erika D’Aeignon.

In addition to her parents two sisters,Shirley Briggs, Linda Hutch and a brother, Willie Ed Smith preceded her in death.
