Sharon Tharpe

Mrs. Sharon Tharpe, 51, of Paris died Sunday, March 8, 2015, at her residence. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 11, 2015, at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will begin at 1 until time of service on Wednesday at the funeral home. She was born June 26, 1963, in Nashville to the late Will and Georgia Long. She was married March 9, 1982, to Elroy Tharpe, who survives. She was a member of Mount Zion Baptist Church and a retired Paris Health Care Center worker. She also is survived by a daughter: Alecia L. (James) Bobo of Paris; a son: AnDru L. Tharpe of Paris; a brother: Curtis Reynolds; three grandchildren; and several other relatives.
