Mrs. Shelia Brewer, 52, of South Fulton died Saturday, April 9, 2016, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.
Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Martin with Rev. Jackie Thomas and Dr. Jessie Webb officiating. Interment will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Brooks Chapel Ministries in Fulton and also on Saturday from noon until time of service at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
She was born on November 10, 1963, in Fulton, Kentucky to James and Joan (Morris) Alexander of South Fulton, Tennessee.
She graduated from Fulton County High School. She was member of Brooks Chapel Ministries where she served as an usher and a member of Daughter of Promise. Shelia was employed at Wal-Mart.
She is survived by her husband, Corey Jerome Brewer of South Fulton, Tennessee; a daughter, Destinee Ivory of South Fulton, Tennessee; two grandchildren, Journee Puckett and Dailee Puckett of South Fulton, Tennessee; three brothers, Marshall Alexander of Union City, Tennessee, Greg Alexander and Larry Alexander both of South Fulton, Tennessee; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. She was a godmother to Raijon Puckett, Myron Dinwiddie, Emanuel Dinwiddie Damarius Dinwiddie and Issac Jackson.
