Mrs. Tabitha Chambers Collard, 26, formerly of Union City died Monday, December 20, 2021.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Eastview Cemetery.

visitation will begin at noon on Thursday at the funeral home.

Tabitha was born on July 7, 1995, in Union City, Tennessee.

Tabby leaves behind to cherish her memories: her mother (Biological) Tammy Chambers; father, Timothy Allen; seven siblings: five sisters: LaShanda Anderson (Murfreesboro, TN), Sharra Chambers (Lawrenceville, GA), Sharmeney Chambers (Paducah, KY), Diamond Chambers (Dyersburg, TN) and Shanta Chambers (Gallatin, TN); two brothers: Darius Chambers (Jackson, TN) and Deparis Chambers (Fulton, KY); grandmother, Rosa Mae Adams; as well as six nieces; nine nephews; aunts; uncles; cousins; and more.
