Ms. Teszena Conchita Fields, 74, of Fulton died Monday, September 11, 2017, at Jackson Purchase Medical Center.Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 17, 2017, at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Michael McClure officiating. Interment will follow in Greenlea Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon on Sunday at the funeral home. Teszena was born in Obion County, TN on May 22, 1943, to Mr. and Mrs. J.W. Fields. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Alexies Fields; brother, J.W. “Butch” Fields, Jr.; grandmother, Birdie Hayes; and two aunts, Dorothy Hayes and Rosa Clark. Tez was a special person; she was always saying funny things and loved her family. Tes would call her grandson Dere-on, “King”. She was really loved by all the family especially Jean. She was a member of Bell Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. She attended faithfully until her health failed. She believed in Jesus Christ. She would always say “God is good and has brought me threw many sicknesses and trails”. She leaves to cherish her memories two daughters, Calanthia Fields of Fulton, KY and Teszena Charlene Fields of Madison, WI; two sons, Dane Fields and James Schell Fields both of Chicago, IL; a special friend, Joe Cannon of Fulton, KY who went above and beyond to see that she was well taken care of; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; sister, Rhonda (Larry) Pasha of Madison, WI; two brothers, Grinfall (Sandra) Fields of Atlanta, GA and Ira Fields of CA; uncle, Jim (Pat) Hayes of Chicago, IL; two special aunts, Charolette McClure and Jean Haley both of South Fulton, TN a special cousin, Charlette Wilson of Fulton, KY and a host of cousins and friends.
