Thelma Price

Mrs. Thelma Price 75, of Fulton, KY died Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at her home.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Greater Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Greenlea Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday at the church.

She was born on July 12, 1949, in Bolivar, TN to the late Leroy and Christine Sain Joy. She departed this life on August 20, 2024, at her home in Fulton, KY.

She attended Bolivar Central High School. Thelma was married to the late Tommy “Tom” Brown, Sr. She relocated to Fulton, KY and worked several jobs in this area and retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. after 29 years of service.

Those left to cherish her memories two sons, Tommy Brown, Jr. and Dannie Brown both of Fulton, KY; a stepdaughter, April Cavitt of South Fulton, TN; eleven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; two sisters, Wanda Joy of Martin, TN and Jeanette Joy of Fulton, KY; four brothers, four brothers, James Polk and Clifton Joy both of Rockford, IL, Marvin Joy of Fulton, KY and Homer Joy of Oceanside, CA and a host of nieces and nephews.

Thelma was also preceded in death by a son, Leroy Brown , a grandson, Joshua Jones and a brother, Leroy Joy, Jr.
