Ms. Theresa Fairel Weatherspoon, 38, of Union City died Thursday, December 3, 2015, at Tennova Healthcare - Volunteer Martin. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, December 12, 2015, at Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in Oakton, KY with Pastor Anthony Johnson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will begin at Noon on Saturday at the church. She was born on May 7, 1977, in Saint Louis, MO to Roy Eugene Weatherspoon, Sr. and Helena Delores (Smith) Weatherspoon. She was a member of Mount Sinai Missionary Baptist Church. She attended Hickman County High School. She leaves to cherish her memories her children, Talysia Weatherspoon, Calvin Jones, Ziah Jacobs and Isaac Whittinghill; three grandchildren, Kaiden Morris, Caleb Jeffery and Kyson Morris; her parents, Roy Weatherspoon and Helena Weatherspoon; her siblings, Kertonia Smith, Roy Weatherspoon, Jr., Cherice Weatherspoon, Helena Weatherspoon, Chantelle Weatherspoon, De’Von Weatherspoon and Tammy Rucker; grandmother, Eva Mae Weatherspoon; her fiancé, Terry Holbrook; her goddaughter, Ceaira Walker; her adopted family, Pastor Anthony and Sister Darlene Johnson, Pastor Buster and Sister Kristen Johnson, Donald and George Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
