Valaria Cassandra Haynes

Ms. Valaria Cassandra "Sandy" Haynes, 69, of Nashville died Thursday, April 1, 2021, at TriStar Southern Hills Medical Center.

Graveside services will be held at noon on Saturday, April 10, 2021, in Greenwood Cemetery. Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery.

She was born on January 18, 1952, to the late Glen and Alberta Haynes in Henry. She was a member of Coles Chapel CME in Henry and she attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Antioch.

She leaves to cherish her memories her sisters, Rev. Wilma Pearson of Huntingdon and Glenda Haynes of Paris; four nieces, Charissa Walden, Chanda Haynes, Marcia Hawkins and Marissa Cathcart; three nephews, Cory Haynes, Andre Walden and Chad Walden and a host of great nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Thomas Haynes and Laclede Haynes; a sister, Virginia Riggs and a nephew Courtney Haynes.
