Vickie Darnell Collier, age 61, was born on April 26, 1964, in Paris, Tennessee, to the late Charlie and Della Harris.
Vickie was a woman full of life—outgoing, energetic, and intelligent, with a determination that carried her through every season of her journey. She lived boldly and authentically, always wearing her heart on her sleeve. Known for her wit, humor, and resourcefulness, Vickie had a way of making people laugh while also making them feel deeply cared for and understood.
She received her education through high school and worked various jobs throughout her life, approaching each role with resilience and dedication. No matter where she worked or what she faced, Vickie met life head-on with strength and perseverance.
Vickie found joy and comfort in the things that fed her spirit and made her smile. Music was a constant in her life—it lifted her mood, spoke to her soul, and often filled her home with rhythm and memories. Church was also deeply meaningful to her, serving as a place of fellowship, strength, and spiritual connection. In true Vickie fashion, she also had a fun and spirited love for WWE wrestling, enjoying the excitement, drama, and larger-than-life personalities that matched her own energetic nature.
In 1985, Vickie married Felton L. Collier. Though the marriage later ended in divorce in 1992, together they shared the blessing of three children: Felton Deion Collier, Corwyn Lee Collier, and Victoria Lenae Collier, whom she loved deeply and fiercely.
Vickie leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Felton (Kisha Collier), Corwyn (Iisha Collier), and Victoria; her siblings, Billy, Harry and Bobby; her grandchildren, Alayia, Darius, Tania, Malachi, Corwyn Jr., Aaron, and Savannah; and her great-grandchild, Brooke.
She was preceded in death by her siblings James, Juanita, Alma, Joe-Paul, and Homer.
Vickie will be remembered for her loving heart, quick wit, infectious energy, and unwavering care for those she loved. Her presence filled rooms, her laughter lingered, and her love left an imprint that will never fade. Her legacy lives on through the generations she cherished and the many lives she touched.
