Mr. Victor O’Brian Fulton, 40, of Martin died Tuesday, November 7, 2017, at Van Ayer Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 13, 2017, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Parham Cemetery.Visitation will begin at noon on Monday at the church. Mr. Victor O’Brian Fulton was born on January 16, 1977, in Union City, Tennessee, to Nellie (Derwin) Edwards and Pastor Gallian (Nellie) Fulton, Jr. He confessed his love for the Lord at an early age. He was a member of Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Martin, Tennessee.He was a 1995 graduate of Westview High School. He also graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin in December 2010, with a degree in Business Management. He was also a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity.He leaves to cherish his memories his sisters, Candy Fulton of Martin, Tennessee and Crystal (Armando) Tobar of Chicago, Illinois; his brothers, Gallian Fulton, III of Martin, Tennessee, Micheal Gallian Fulton of Memphis, Tennessee and Chadwick Fulton of Austin, Texas; his nieces, Brittany Fulton of Jackson, Tennessee, Sydnee Fulton of Martin, Tennessee and Sophie Tatum of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his nephews, D’Marquis Wright of Martin, Tennessee, Justin Fulton of Manchester, Tennessee and Bryce Fulton of Dyersburg, Tennessee; a great-nephew, Kolbe Wright of Martin, Tennessee; his best friend, Shaun Thomas of Martin, Tennessee; aunts, Carolyn Fulton of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Barbara Cleaves, Lucy Niles, Ida Niles and Mary Niles, all of Somerville, Tennessee; uncles, Oscar Niles and Eddie Niles of Somerville, Tennessee and a host of cousins and friends who loved him dearly.He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Gallian Fulton, Sr. and Dave Niles, Sr. and his grandmothers, Lillian Lee and Annie Mae Niles.
