William "Billy" Atkins

Mr. William Atkins, 65, of Martin died Thursday, December 26, 2019, at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville.

Services will be held at noon on Saturday, January 4, 2020, at Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Parham Cemetery.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. on Saturday at the church.

He was born on May 22, 1954, in Martin to the George and Christine Atkins. He attended Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church and had various jobs in Martin.

Billy is survived by his siblings, Anita (Willie) Deanes of Grand Rapid, MI, Shelia (George) Williams, George Atkins, Richard (Debbie) Atkins and Ronald Atkins all of Martin and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Christine (Fulton) Atkins and a brother, Michael Atkins.
