Mr. Willie B. Williams, 89, of South Fulton died Saturday, September 14, 2019, at West Tennessee Healthcare Volunteer Hospital in Martin.

Graveside services will be conducted at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 18, 2019, at Obion County Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will begin at 11 a.m. until noon on Wednesday at Rawls Funeral Home Chapel in South Fulton.
