Willie Mae Thompson

Mrs. Willie Mae Thompson, 91, of Union City died Tuesday, April 14, 2020, at her residence.

Private family services were held. Interment will followed in East View Cemetery.

She was born in Sunflower, MS on April 29, 1928, to the late Cornell and Nancy Callahan. She was married to the late Montrel Thompson, Sr.

She was a member of Right Path Ministries and she worked at the former Obion County General Hospital employee.

Preceding her in death are two sons, Dennis James Thompson and Robert Lee "Inky" Thompson ; a son in law, Earnest Roberson ; four brothers and two sisters.

She leaves her children, Frances Roberson, Mary Abbott, Barbara (James) Puckett, Menta (Willie) Ross and Montrel Thompson, Jr.; ten grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
